do I still count the weight watchers points for oil in food even though I a taking alli?

Hi
I am currently on weight watchers at home and taking alli
Should I still count the points for the oil even thought I am taking on alli? All the oil you take in gets blocked and disposed when Alli is taken.

not all the oil is is blocked by alli. if I still remember is only a third or such is blocked from being absorbed by your body. but it's about fat not oil although related. So I guess you still you need to count on.

The key for losing weight is not difficult - eat less and exercise more often - the problems appear when we actually try to put that into operation! There are lots of opportunities to fail in the real world don't you think?! I discovered some good advice by following the website in the box below, they have lots of guidance, I worked off 7 pounds by using their methods.
