If I'm close to my target weight and I start taking Alli will that help me lose my last 15lbs?

and how long will a 60ct bottle last me on average? also with the eating plan...i eat 5 small meals day? Do i really need to take on pill with every meal.

petty67 		I would stay away from Alli. It has some nasty side effects. Just continue with your diet and exercise plan and you'll lose your last 15 lbs. Weight loss with Alli isn't as permanent as with a good diet plan.
