How good is reductil ?

How good is reductil (Sibutramine), any experience to share please ?

annonymous 		Any diet pill is a waste of time, as is Reductil, in less the reason you are over weight is because you are addicted to eating, Reductil basically makes you eat less because it makes you feel satisfied with what you eat... so your metabolic rate falls and when you stop taking them you put even more weight back on because your body needs food to be burnt off.
I've lost half a stone since Xmas... via: eat a healthy breakfast, don't eat after 6pm, walk a mile with the dog, cut down on beer, drink more water, cut out white bread and a small list of other crap, get more sleep.
