Has anyone ever used the diet pill Alli?

Any side effects or potential dangers? Did it help you lose weight?

Yeah, Tyra Banks used it and crapped her pants because of it. If you use it right it'll work but if you eat a lot of fat, look out because a crappy day is what you will have. LOL

I didnt see any really big results but it does block fat.Watch what you eat! If contains a lot of fat, or grease you will have a POO explosion.

Yes, you have to be very careful what you eat whilst taking it. If you eat any foods that are rich in fat, you will end up having problems. The tablet works by preventing your body from absorbing any fat you eat, and as a result of this, it just goes straight through you.
I have read stories from people who take it. You could go to break wind, and end up with a brown, oily, sticky substance in your underwear - not pleasant!
Only you can decide if it's for you but please be careful, and stick to a low fat diet if you decide to go ahead.

My mothers friend used it. And if you eat a lot of fat and don't stick to the plan, let's just say some leaky or oily stool can happen.

It all depends how you react to it. You can have the 'expulsion' issues even if you do not eat alot of fat.
